However, if upon accumulation or conveyance of the Products you find that they are not ordered by you (for instance, the colour or wording is found to be misspelled), or the order is incomplete, or a Product is in a harmed condition when you get it, please call us on 9780495949 and notify immediately. As we receive your notification refund will be initiated with 24 hours.
As we offer cash on delivery service on cakes and flowers. If you are not satisfied with the order you can return back and your money will be refunded or you can make another order instead of previous one. This is valid only on cash on delivery service. For other than cakes and flowers, the product can de returned within 2 days after it is delivered. Also refund will be given only on the same debit/credit card from which order is placed.
There is no responsibility in case if delivery is delayed due to some bad weather conditions (Covid). For other we will refund 100% money.
We communicate to the receiver and sender via phone and email in case of undelivered orders. In case when receive is not at the home and we unable to communicate with them then order is return back. In this case there is no refund policy. No refunds will be provided on wrong address and any other cause that is beyond under Online My Store control.
